Peace of Mind is an award-winning, refugee-led charity. We support both newly arrived and existing refugees and asylum applicants in integrating into new and unfamiliar surroundings, helping them overcome the challenges they face. Our services include welfare advice and advocacy support, emergency food assistance, and educational opportunities for skills development, all aimed at promoting greater independence.

These sessions are held every Wednesday throughout the year at our base in the Whitehall Road Methodist Church Hall.
