A cornerstone of Peace of Mind’s work with refugees and asylum applicants is our weekly drop-in session, which offers advice, advocacy, and a range of practical support in a warm and welcoming environment. These sessions are held every Wednesday throughout the year at our base in the Whitehall Road Methodist Church Hall.
Our drop-in sessions provide a safe and welcoming environment for refugees and asylum applicants to connect with others and access in-person support in a relaxed and friendly setting. Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are available during our regular opening hours, from 11am to 1pm, helping to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for those experiencing isolation. Whether you are looking for a friendly conversation or require additional support, our experienced team is here to assist you and ensure you feel fully supported.
